Local developer Horncastle have awarded a second building to contractors PDR Construction. This one will provide 10,463 sqft over three floors. The architecture will be similar to the recently completed Office One.
The development is being supported by a grant from the European Regional Development Fund 2007-2015 programme.
It is planned to complete the building by the end of August this year and it is available for either freehold sale complete or on leasehold terms in whole or part from 3000sqft
