Horncastle have awarded local contractor PDR Construction a contract to build the first office on ‘The Beacon’ development in Hull, consisting a 15,779sq/ft three-storeygrade A building to be built to BREEAM very good .
The scheme will commence on site in May 2013 with a completion date in December 2013.
PDR have worked with Horncastle and their client, CHCP, to provide a full turnkey design and build package tailored to the very particular needs of the end user.
