Local Developer Horncastle has been awarded a grant from the European Regional Development Fund to open up an 18 acre business park. The funding will facilitate the initial construction of ten small office buildings and a 20,000sqft industrial unit.
It is proposed to start work on the site in the spring of 2014 and the first buildings will be available at the end of the year on either freehold or leasehold terms.
