Horncastle Group are bringing forward plans to build 14 homes and a high quality residential care home on land close to the junction of Beverley Parklands and Figham Road. This exciting new development will deliver much needed family housing and also provide specialist care for the elderly which is in high demand in East Yorkshire. We have recently launched our consultation exercise and all residents in Beverley Parklands along with other interested parties have been sent an information pack about the proposed development. We are now inviting views on the proposals and welcome any comments about the plans so that these can be taken in to account prior to the finalisation and submission of the planning applications.
