With construction completed Horncastle handed over the keys to this brand new gradeA office building to City Health Care Partnership CIC.
The building comprises 15,779 sqft over three storeys and has been built to BREEAM very good and carries with it an A rated energy performance certificate.
The development is being supported by a grant from the European Regional Development Fund 2007-2015 programme.
Following completion of fit out and occupation Horncastle are delighted that in conjunction with the design team, the contractor and client the building has been shortlisted for an award at the forthcoming RICS Pro Yorkshire Awards in Leeds.
The awards celebrate excellence in the built environment and showcase the talent of property and construction professionals, the ceremony will be held in May this year.
