Yes. Whilst we have retained agents on certain sites, this is always something we are willing to do.
Wherever possible we try and buy locally and we do our best to encourage local enterprise and commerce to build a stronger local economy.
Yes, we have successfully worked with other companies and local authorities on a number of past projects and we have three current joint ventures.
From time to time we find and secure residential planning approvals and on occasions dispose of such land to house builders.
We develop both green and brownfield sites, mainly commercial offices or industrial buildings, but we do also encounter residential and retail sites.
With our offices at Newport in East Yorkshire, we try to keep projects within a one-hour travel time.
No, we do not now build houses, but we do joint ventures with house builders from time to time.
Our offices are now at Green Park in Newport in the East Riding of Yorkshire. We recently moved there from South Cave which was our home for 12 years. Before that, we were based in Gilberdyke prior to a management buy out of our sister company Horncastle Industries Plc in 2002.
The company was incorporated in 1964 and we celebrated its 50th birthday in 2014
Nowadays we employ a very small development team of eight people but, due to our activities, we can proudly claim to be a creator of jobs through the construction work place and in the developments we create .
The company has supported and been directly and indirectly involved in many community projects, be they charitable or assisting in local enterprise initiatives.
