Here is our second video for The Beacon in Hull; a head-quarter office development situated just off Clive Sullivan Way, opposite St. Andrews Quay.
The Beacon offers 3,300 sq.ft + of grade A, modern office space with astounding architecture to enhance your businesses image and provide you with a working environment that will energise your team. With Office 1 occupied by City Health Care Partnership and Office 2 just acquired by Interbulk Group as its main dry bulk headquarters for Europe, we are not far from full completion. Office 3 is due to be complete by April 2015, offering 5,000-15,000 sq.ft. Office 4 is due September 2015, eventually offering 3,300 – 10,463 sq.ft.
